Q.How do I log in?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
A.Enter your e-mail address and password on the FC2 top page (http://fc2.com/) and click on "Log-in".

Q.I'm not doing anything wrong, but I can't log in.                                                                                              　
A.Please  try the following.                                                                                                                                      

1)Check the SSL・TLS setting.                                                                                                                               
2)Please enable the JavaScript on your PC.                                                                                                       
3)Please disable Cookie and Cache.                                                                                                                    
4)Please enable Cookie.                                                                                                                                         
5)You may not be able to log in when security software is working. Please set it for off temporarily and log in again.

Q.I forgot my log-in ID.
A.It's the e-mail address you have registered.

Q.I forgot my password.
A.Please click on "Forget your password?" and have us issue it again.

Q.A message saying "Invalid e-mail address" appears and I can't log in.
A.Are you sure you entered the correct e-mail address? Even a sigle space before or after an e-mail address prevents you from log-in.

Q.A message saying "You can use only alphanumeric letters" appears and I can't log in.
A.Are you sure you entered the correct password? Even a sigle space before or after a paswsword prevents you from log-in.

Q.When I try to add a service, a message saying "You can't log in" and I am forced to log out.　
A.Please try the following.

Q.I can't log in after I changed my e-mail address.
A.Please log in with your old e-mail address first and then go to "ID Editing" to change your e-mail address.   You will be able to log in with your new e-mail address from the next time.

Click on [Withdrawal Application] and fill out any necessary reasons of why you are withdrawing from FC2ID. Click on [Withdraw] to withdraw from FC2ID.

If you are currently signed up with other FC2 services, you cannot withdraw from FC2ID. Please withdraw from the services before withdrawing from FC2ID.

Please be careful, once you have withdrawn from the services and FC2ID, all your information will be lost, and there will be no way to reactivate it.

Edit E-mail Address
Click on [Edit E-mail Address], then enter your new e-mail address. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your new address. Please follow the URL provided in the e-mail to confirm your new e-mail address.

Password Settings
Click on [Edit Password]. After entering your current password, enter your new password twice. Click [Update] to finish updating your password.
Be sure that only you know your password.

Edit Profile
Click on [Edit Profile], your current nickname will be displayed on the top right hand side of the screen. You can change your nickname up to 5 times.
You cannot change your nickname more than 5 times.
